I found broken glass on the floor and then noticed my TV stand's glass was missing.
When i asked about it the next day, i was not given a straight answer.

The quality of work can be seen in these pictures... I had my popcorn celling removed and the first photo shows you what an eye sore i was left with.
The pictures show the streaks in the kitchen, this is what was considered finished work.
Around many of my pot lights were not painted, i'm not trying to be petty but this was just so rushed, it became sloppy.
By the end of this i just had to ask them to not even return i didn't feel comfortable with them in my home.

We are genuinely sorry for you're experience. When our team is given full attention to the project, concise decision making, and open communication these experiences do not take place. I do believe open communication was delivered on our part, which have already privately refuted many of your claims. Our team strives to provide quality work but we were not given clear instructions and the team's ability to focus was impaired due to the heavy smell of weed and smoke in your home.
