Quote was useless - ended up paying 40% more than what was quoted. He didnt read our spec document but tried to blame us for changing the scope. its not professional. And he did not tell us of the price hikes until the final bill.
The project was delayed 6weeks past completion date and in the end, they rushed through and did a lousy job on finishing- by then we just wanted them out of our house.

Nice guys but were unable to execute anywhere close to the timeline or budget they quoted and contracted for (still as of yet unresolved). Lots of no-show days without giving a heads up, generating lots of confusion and conflict amongst occupants of the house. Finishing touches were poor.
