S&S Masonry

I called S&S Masonry with high hopes after reading their 5 star reviews posted here. I was pleased when Shawn promptly returned my call and came 2 days later to see what I wanted done. He was very nice and polite, inspected the job and agreed to get back to me by e-mail early the following week with quotes.
The job either scared him away or he just did not want to do it. More than a month later he has not bothered to contact me with either the quotes or to tell me he did not want the job. Unprofessional and total waste of time.

Steve and Shawn did an amazing job at repairing the bricks in the original 1930s part of the house as well as the reclaimed bricks used on the addition. The work was done efficiently in the estimated time and cost originally quoted.

I contacted S&S through Homestars as we needed to replace some bricks and fix parging in a number of places. Was given a full quote for the work. They completed it on time / on budget and it looks great. Prior to agreeing to the work they walked through everything to be done and helped explain the impact of each decision. Recommended.

Work was done exactly as quoted. The initial quote was done based on photos and a visit confirmed the quoted price. The work was done on the day agreed to. We are very satisfied with the completed project and would highly recommend S&S Masonry and would use them again.

S & S did an excellent job of repairing a section of my home's original (1961) brick wall. They matched the colour of mortar and installed the original bricks that had been removed many years ago. They gave me a detailed description of how the work would be done and I am completely satisfied with the work.

After posting on this site for brickwork, S&S showed up on time, did excellent work, and were very upfront about repair options, costs and concerns.

The owners were very personable and went above and beyond to fix a few other small issues I was unaware of.

When we do a renovation in the next year, they will be the first people I call to do brickwork.
