Planning and consultation was friendly, direct and accurate. Scope of work and estimate clearly described and written. Materials were included in the project costs and scope of work. Work was done quickly, on time and was well done.

Mauro and his team completed a renovation project for our family house and we were very impressed by the service, workmanship and personable workers. The team safety removed 4 interior walls and added steel beams to make our vision of an open concept floor plan come to life. They also relocated and re-framed a window opening to work in natural light.

Since we were still living in the house during the renovation, we appreciated how tidy they kept the area and were conscientious of deadlines being met. It was nice to have respectful and friendly workers who you could trust and enjoy conversation with throughout the project.

I would definitely recommend the team for any renovation work and would reach out for any framing projects in the future.

Mauro & his team did a phenomenal job. They completed the carpentry for the footings, back framing, structural framing, windows and roof.

Goodwood was on time and always made excellent suggestions to make the house better. Mauro regularly spoke to me and the architect regarding design issues. He would identify the potential issue and propose a great solution to rectify the situation. Even after the framing was complete, I would call Mauro for his advice on other aspects of the build.

I could not be happier with the quality of their work. They were clean, organized, and efficient. However, even more then that, they were excellent people who really wanted the best for your home.

For these reasons, I look forward to working with Goodwood again and I would recommend them to anyone.

Mauro and his crew framed our entire house and did an amazing job. Kept everything safe, clean and went above and beyond in every way. They even had to problem solve a lot at my house cause my drawings were lacking several details. Their knowledge and expertise are very impressive. Mauro would always offer advice in areas outside of framing as well (because he could tell i needed it haha) in a very nice and extremely helpful way - never condescending at all. Gave me great ideas, ways to save money, suggestions on prepping for things we might want to do in the future, etc. Price was very competitive and fair. Well worth the peace of mind for a job well done. Would recommend them anyday!
