main drain/ floor drain backup
I contacted michael and oleg for an emergency as our basement shower drain was backed up, and overflowing with withe water from the house.
I called and they let me know what issues it could be and what the costs would be. They came quickly, and followed all the covid procedures upon arrival.
they ran a camera and found the issue very quickly. On the screen it looked like a BIG issue, but the spent time and because of their efforts we ended up not needing to use a snake to fix the issue.
i would 100% recommend them for plumbing services, they were professional, and fixed the issue, which i thought was worse than it turned out to be, because of them. thanks guys
