I had reached out to a few companies for estimates on removing my existing 20' x 10' deck and replacing it with something roughly the same size that would have boards, skirting, and two staircases put together with hardwood (Kayu yellow balau), and black metal railings with glass panels. John got in touch and even though his construction company was newer I felt completely comfortable going with him to get this done. The finished project is great. John was communicative the entire time and the quality of his work is excellent. I would 100% recommend him. Just a side note about the photos uploaded is that a couple were taken before it was completed, which is why the front part of the deck is still open.
