I am thrilled with my blinds. Nikhil was excellent throughout the whole process. He was prompt with his responses and had the most reasonable price out of all the companies I have contacted. Some companies will use locally made products as a selling point to justify the higher prices. Nikhil's products are all locally made and of excellent quality at a fraction of the cost of other companies.
Nikhil was always upfront about the cost and benefits of different options. He never tried to upsell the products. He will tell you if it's not necessary to go for a more expensive option (e.g. having a Smart Hub for 3 windows in a condo). He sets clear expectations on what the end product will look like right from the start.
The product arrived earlier than expected. Nikhil was meticulous and paid great attention to detail. I highly recommend Artivo Shades!
