I recently had the misfortune of dealing with this company for a refrigerator repair, and it was an absolute nightmare from start to finish. Here's a breakdown of the frustrating and incompetent service I received:
First Visit: The technician came to my house but couldnt fix the issue. Instead, he said he needed to order a part. Fine, I thought, these things happen.
Second Visit: The technician returned, supposedly with the right part. Turns out, it was the wrong part. No fix again. He promised to reorder the correct part.
Third Visit: You guessed it wrong part AGAIN. Three visits, three times without a fix.
To add insult to injury, their online booking system is a joke. I had to scramble to find available times for the next few weeks, each time hoping for some semblance of competence.
Calling their customer service was equally infuriating. No one could give me a clear answer about the status of the part or why this keeps happening. I requested to speak with a supervisor multiple times, but apparently, supervisors dont exist in their world because I never got through to one.
In short, this company is a disaster. They wasted my time and money, left me without a working refrigerator for an extended period, and showed zero accountability. Save yourself the headache and find a company that actually knows what theyre doing.
