I met Alan several years ago by fate, while walking my dog. A storm had rolled in a few days prior and taken out many fences in the neighbourhood, including one of mine. Alan was fully booked, but since he was already doing work on my street he said he’d have a look and see what he could do. Not only did he manage to squeeze me into his busy schedule, but he built me an entirely new fence that is beautiful, sturdy, and exceeded my expectations in every way. When my dishwasher leaked causing water damage to my kitchen and basement a year later, Alan was my contractor of choice. The sign of a good contractor is that they are always fully booked, and this time I had to wait a couple of months for Alan to start the job. Let me say he was absolutely worth the wait. He showed up when he said he would. He communicated well. His eye for detail was unparalleled.

My deck and other fence needed replacing this year, and of course Alan was my first call. I was delighted to learn that Alan has a new business partner, Michael. Michael has the same eye for detail as Alan, and both are excellent communicators. They show up when they say they will, produce high quality work, and are hands-on with their crews. I am sure my house will need more work over the coming years, and there is no other contractor I intend to use!
