As an architect renovating my own home, I have high expectations when hiring contractors and Drobot Construction exceeded them all. They came highly recommended by a trusted contractor Ive worked with for years, and it's easy to see why.

We hired Drobot after gutting our basement and finding all sorts of issues. Drobot underpinned 12 linear feet of an exterior foundation wall of our 118-year-old house that we discovered had no footing, repaired the deteriorating wall surface, and waterproofed our basement. What could have been an overwhelming and stressful challenge was made so much easier thanks to Nazar and his team. From the start, Nazar was incredibly responsive, answering all my questions and concerns promptly. He managed to schedule us in quickly, which was a huge relief given our tight timeline. Despite the scope evolving as we went back and forth to figure out what was required to fix the issue, Nazar remained flexible and accommodating, seamlessly making adjustments as needed.

Not only did the team complete the project quickly, they also took the time to walk us through every step, answering all my questions to ensure we felt confident in our decisions. Nazars honesty and expertise stood out. When we were uncertain about key details, he encouraged us to consult with our structural engineer and ask for additional recommendations. That level of professionalism and integrity is rare and deeply appreciated.

His team was courteous, punctual, and hardworking. They treated my home with the utmost care, leaving the site organized at the end of each day, and cleaner at the end of the project than when they found it. The quality of their work was nothing short of outstanding, and for a fair, reasonable price, too!
