There was a leakage in my ceiling. My husband changed the dry wall and fixed the affected area but it was a popcorn ceiling and we called total pro. The person taking our call whose name was Ivan asked us to send a picture. We sent two pictures and he gave us an estimate. We asked him to come and fix it. He gave us an appointment for two weeks which was May 23rd which was long weekend and we did not know at the time. On Friday before long weekend we sent a message to him asking for a confirmation whether he is going to show up or not. He did not respond to the message. On Monday May 23rd, we called Ivan and he said; "today is holiday and we are not working. He did not even apologize and when we asked when he can do the job, he said; "I will call you back right away." After an hour, he did not call and when tried calling him, his phone was off. I don't think this company is running a real business. It is a joke.
