The work Iconic Paving performed on my driveway went bad - see pictures. I appreciate that sometimes things can go not as planned that is why I wanted to give the company the chance to fix it. This is when things went really bad. Their representative, Roy, was not responsive after I attempted to contact him by phone and responded only to my email that he is working on a solution. The initial work was done in July 2020, I contacted the company early spring 2021 when the snow thawed and revealed the problem. Roy responded in April that he will figure something out and I did not hear back again. Then I realized that some repair work was done this November 2021 on my neighbour's property, who also has the same issue with Iconic. No one contacted me. I emailed Roy and Iconic and advised him that I will likely need to take further steps to recover my money or have them stand by their guarantee. The immediate call back from the company's representative, Roy, was unprofessional, disrespectful and aggressive. I was told that I should be grateful for the great deal I got and I do not appreciate how busy he is. I was advised not to threaten him and that was all in not in the most professional language. I was still willing to allow Iconic to fix the issue but refused to deal with the rude and disrespectful representative Roy. I asked him to pass my issue to one of the other company representatives, but no one has contacted me. Now I have approached the company through their official website, but if they do not respond, I may be forced to take legal action, which is quite regretful but may be necessary.

We had Roy and his team pave our driveway. They did an outstanding job. We had hired another company to do an interlock border for the driveway. They did such a poor job that we had to have Iconic redo the job. After having been ripped off by the other outfit, I was very pleased to have Roy and his team do such a professional job. They did a thorough preparation and a very good job at finishing the asphalt. I would enthusiastically recommend them for any pavement or interlock work.

Domenic was such a pleasure to deal with right from the start. His crew of 10 men worked quickly and efficiently and got our driveway done within 1.5 hours. Domenic was there the whole time to make sure the job got done right and we were satisfied with the result. These men need to get praised on their hard work. We enjoyed working with Domenic and his crew and spoiled them with beer and food at the end, they really deserved it! We can’t thank you guys enough. Our driveway looks spectacular! Thank you Domenic for squeezing this job in within a week. Much appreciated!

Did I need to wait? Yes, it’s a pandemic and we had weather issues. Was it worth the wait? Yes and then some. They weren’t going to install when there was a risk of it getting destroyed. You know you picked the right guys when they are so in demand.

Roy was straightforward and honest. His team was courteous, clean and most importantly did an amazing job from design, through execution to the very end.

Anyone who has seen it in person has noted how they love the exposed concrete look and clean lines. I’ve met all my neighbours through compliments. Anyone who has seen it pictures just says “wow”.

We did the front walkways, driveway and along the side of the house at the back. Our problem tree at the base of the driveway became an eye catching design element. I would recommend Iconic Paving over and over. They know their stuff and show pride in their work. Couldn’t be happier!

I was out for a walk in our neighbourhood & noticed paver stones being installed; I asked the worker if they were going to do asphalt & they were. In the end their job looked fabulous, so I contacted Roy. Not only did he do our driveway, but 6 others on our street. They all look fabulous, their price was competitive with the "other" guy doing asphalt on our street and their attention to detail was incredible. And, just as importantly it is obvious that the "crew" get along & enjoy what they do. We Would highly recommend you check them out.
