When things go wrong with Iconic Paving
The work Iconic Paving performed on my driveway went bad - see pictures. I appreciate that sometimes things can go not as planned that is why I wanted to give the company the chance to fix it. This is when things went really bad. Their representative, Roy, was not responsive after I attempted to contact him by phone and responded only to my email that he is working on a solution. The initial work was done in July 2020, I contacted the company early spring 2021 when the snow thawed and revealed the problem. Roy responded in April that he will figure something out and I did not hear back again. Then I realized that some repair work was done this November 2021 on my neighbour's property, who also has the same issue with Iconic. No one contacted me. I emailed Roy and Iconic and advised him that I will likely need to take further steps to recover my money or have them stand by their guarantee. The immediate call back from the company's representative, Roy, was unprofessional, disrespectful and aggressive. I was told that I should be grateful for the great deal I got and I do not appreciate how busy he is. I was advised not to threaten him and that was all in not in the most professional language. I was still willing to allow Iconic to fix the issue but refused to deal with the rude and disrespectful representative Roy. I asked him to pass my issue to one of the other company representatives, but no one has contacted me. Now I have approached the company through their official website, but if they do not respond, I may be forced to take legal action, which is quite regretful but may be necessary.

Hi Jordan, I've been in contact with you regarding the situation the whole time and I even said I will replace the concrete even though we are not at fault. (Just to keep my clients happy that's what I do) first I was trying something different to see if it works, if not I was replacing them. I told you not to park on the curbs during winter because the road salt will destroy your concrete. So this has nothing to do with workmanship it's got to do with you not listening to instructions. Even your neighbor agreed with me that both of you are parking on them, and he's waiting patiently for a resolution. And for how I was talking to you. I did apologize for it. No excuses though but you're words were insulting to me.
And as for being unprofessional and disrespectful I think you should talk to my clients. They'll tell you
