The job was done with low quality. The was no one represent the general contractor (GC) during the construction. The subcontractor struggled to read and interpreted the design drawings and the GC always get to the site after the works are done and they have to rework the framing or concrete. The GC was not committed to the schedule. Make sure to not pay them before the job finishes. The job site was not cleaned and it was a mess and made neighbours frustrated with what is going on at our house. Poor management - lack of experience. The GC is not competent to do a complete renovation. Was careless about details. No one is available, and no one supervises the trade and labour. Think twice before starting a job with them. I do not recommend them for general renovation. Do not pay them in advance and make sure to have enough holdback to settle their subcontractor bills.

Hi Mansour, we understand your feeling but as you know the problems started as you had difficulty paying us from middle of the project! As you may also know, you have started cutting from the scope of the project although you had signed a contract with us and you claimed, you have friends who can do it cheaper for you! all the issues appeared from the day you started ignoring what we had as the contract and your payment issues! it all happened when 99% of the project was done!
