A violation tag required us to have the 18 month old Generac Generator relocated. Mark, from Platinum, arrived within an hour of my call to discuss the entire complicated process. He helped me complete forms which would have been challenging without his assistance. The contract was detailed, precise, and professional. When the work could finally be done, he was there to supervise and help the crew. They were prompt. professional, knowledgeable, personable. It was a miserable rainy day, but they had all the equipment including umbrellas to get the job done.
Everything was completed beyond what was required. I have full confidence the job was done right this time and would recommend them without hesitation.
