The team got the job done in approx 4 weeks (from demolition to final touches). The finished product is gorgeous! The project management was organized and orderly. They oversaw the different stages of the reno to ensure that various tradesmen completed their work on time and with cleanliness. Lots of moving parts that seemed to operate with ease.

Nima and his crew at Renotec did a fantastic job in fully renovating our 2nd floor bathroom. They gutted the entire room, then did the tile, walls, electric, plumbing, installed a fan, vanity, shower and toilet.
Each time the crew showed up to work, they were extremely polite and clean. They always cleaned up at the end of every day.
The tile work on our shower was immaculate. I feel like my bathroom is a hotel bathroom now!
The photos show how complicated the room was due to the dormers and sloping roof, but Nima came up with a great plan to utilize as much space as possible. Now the bathroom feels a LOT bigger and brighter.
Nima explained every step in detail, and while we chose all the tiles, vanity etc, Nima was very helpful with his advice on what works and what doesn't.
We are definitely going to ask Renotec to help us with more renovations in the future!

In March 2023 Renotec did an excellent job with an awkward sized basement bathroom space in a 1930s house and we are very pleased with the result. The job was completed in the estimated time and the workmen Nima brought in from demo to electrical to plumbing to tiling were very capable. The space is now much brighter and pleasanter and is a pleasure to use. Nima himself is extremely neat and the final cleanup was outstanding.

Renotec did an excellent job in our complete bathroom renovation. Nima involved us every step of the way and was a pleasure to work with. He was prompt in addressing questions/concerns, work was done on time and all the workers were very professional. Our new bathroom looks great. We would hire Renotec again.

We asked Nima to visit our house kitchen and bathrooms for remodeling. He provided a detailed estimate after a site visit and also explained all the steps that we were going to experience during the process. His team work is excellent and all the trades working with him are professional.The demolition crews did their job super clean and safe also they covered the flooring with the blue sheet pads which is amazing.The electrician and plumber are both professional and feel responsible for their job .after finishing the project I asked the electrician for changing some switches to dimmer and they came here and replaced my old pot light .
The plumber has many years of experience ,the tiler super professional in tile installation even giving you nice designs advise. before we start the project Nima gave us all the tiles amount to order and asked to check that the supplier has it during the renovation process.
Paint and plaster guys did a perfect job , no dust and the quality is excellent with warranty.
Nima also is responsible for his work and anytime we need his ideas , he was available for us, communicating and job coordination was really great .
We add popcorn removal and laundry room to the contract and now we have a brand new house .super happy with renotec services and we recommend them to our family and friends. To anyone who wants to choose a reliable contractor we recommend

I had been deciding to change my kitchen for a couple of years and finally made my decision and got it done. One of my family members renovated their kitchen before with Renotec, so Nima was introduced to us, The Renotec team did a great job on their house, and because I had the idea of changing my kitchen after a couple of months, I asked Nima to come, and he gave us all details about the current kitchen, window and the budget. We set a time for a meeting with Renotec cabinet maker and finalized the drawing with Faroukh in a meeting . During the process, they were all receptive to our questions, Nima always visited our job site, on time, polite, and the crew super clean and organized, and the tiler and cabinet installer did a great job , final look is fantastic and thats exactly what we want . We spend most of our time in our kitchen and enjoy the work . We appreciate Renotec work, we are super happy with the result.
