Wow, what a pleasant surprise to deal with a company that have such friendly, pleasant and knowledgeable staff. Right from the start when I booked my appointment, Daria was empathetic to my situation of being without hot water for 3 days, and assured me that they could have someone out the same day I contacted them to have a look at my tankless water heater.
Even when I called (I cant recall the womans name who answered since Daria had already left for the day) to get a status on when the technician would be out. She called the technician and responded back to me in couple of minutes. She apologized that he was behind and provided a new time for his arrival.
The technician, Robert, was pleasant and very knowledgeable. He contacted Navien support and within a short period of time determined what the issue was and fixed it. He took the time to clearly explain what caused the issue, what other things I could do going forward and we discussed other options for the future.
I would definitely call them again and would highly recommend them to others.
