Grand Landscaping & Interlocking

After many quotes, I selected Grand Landscaping for their reviews, prior projects, quality of work and reasonable price.
Hamid and Vlad were professional in their work and responsive to changes in scope of work throughout the project.
The results of the project were great and Im satisfied with the end product they delivered.
I would definitely recommend their company for other projects including my future projects in the upcoming months.

Hamid and Vlad created a new front yard for us, including a new walkway, front stairs and two large planters. They also built a new interlocking driveway for my neighbours and re-laid the interlocking driveway of the neighbour next to them (three jobs total, completed in 9 working days). They did a great job on all three projects. I'm a landscape architect, so I was pretty picky about how I wanted things constructed and they were very accommodating of all my requests.

Some contractors I've worked with present you with a surprise bill at the end of a project for all the "extras", but Hamid and Vlad never did that, even though they went above and beyond a number of times. For example: installing a leftover stair at the side of our house, helping the tree-removal team that came when they discovered a buried stump and giving us a bag of polymeric sand to help maintain the interlocking.

Overall, they were a great team to work with - extremely competent at what they do and just really nice people. They also had the least expensive quote we received (out of seven quotes). I'd highly recommend them, and so would both my neighbours!

Vlad and Hamid did an amazing job removing our old concrete stairs and walkway slabs and building new stone stairs, two poured concrete sidewalls, interlocking stone walkway, and an aluminum railing for the stairs to match our existing porch railing. Price was a fraction of what other contractors quoted, the team were all super competent and professional, the job was done perfectly and on time. These guys are so nice and easy to work with. A++

Hamid and team did a great job of tearing down our old porch and then building our new porch with stone, including solid stone steps. They also installed a stone garden border.

Hamid, Vlad and Alessandro have literally transformed the look of our house from ordinary to gorgeous. The new stonework on our front driveway is stylish, modern and elegant; and most importantly, when it rains, the water flows seamlessly down to the street. Our concrete front steps which were literally crumbling have been fully repaired (thank you, Hamid!) – this was so challenging that other companies said they could not fix the stairs. Our back patio, after being power washed, looks brand new and the extension is perfect (thank you, Vlad!). Hamid and Vlad, the co-owners, actually do the work themselves, with excellent support from Alessandro. The team works incredibly hard to ensure the work is done efficiently and quickly. They are master craftspeople who take pride in their work and know exactly what to do. Their work looks like it would have cost a fortune; but the quote we received was very reasonable. We highly recommend Vlad and his company for any stone work you may have. They recently finished replacing our old wood steps with new stone steps. Vlad and his company was on time and did an excellent job. The price was fair and the workmanship was superb. They took their time to make sure the installation was done correctly and they exceeded our expectations. We are very happy with Vlad and his company. If you have need of stone work they are an excellent choice.

The team removed my old patio front and back, installed lovely new stone, installed new stairs and covered an ugly old concrete slab porch with beautiful new stone all in 5 days - efficiently and with care and attention. Vlad was really helpful in advising and selecting the stone. I have recommended them to all my neighbours that have stopped by to admire the work!

Vlad, Hamid, and Alessandro did great work on our patio. In about 4 working days they installed a new patio and concrete pad (for a future shed). They worked very hard each day and went out of their way to find the stone we really wanted that was not easily available locally. Now we are looking forward to using our back yard later this summer.

We hired Vlad and his team: Hamid & Alejandro to install an interlocking patio and new sod in our yard after a large renovation project. Vlad and his team were able to begin the project sooner than initially planned and it was completed within the timeline given. They were professional every step of the way, right from the initial quote to the final cleanup of the property. I would highly recommend this company so much so, that Vlad will be the first person I will call when it is time to do landscaping at the front of our house. My family loves our yard and we have used it non-stop since the project was completed.
