Just wanted to provide feedback and review for Sonder Meraki. A few weeks ago, I experienced a leak coming from my bulkheads in my finished basement, we didn't know where the water was coming from and didn't want to sustain more damage. I called Sonder Meraki for a consult so they could investigate the issue. Jon came within a couple of hours, with the proper machinery and equipment was able to survey the area, look at the damage, identify the problem and provide options to fix. He was able to explain the problem in layman terms and what was the cause. Jon was also able to layout a repair place with various options and how each options would impact me financially and a pro and con. I went ahead and contracted Jon for the repair. His team was able to repair the issue within the next few days. With Jon's help what could have been a serious issue, was minimized significantly - thank you!

We hired Jon to review the current condition of the existing basement and give us his review of what needed to be done to convert the basement to a legal suite. He also prepared drawings and submitted them to the city and stayed course through to permit approval. Jon saved us thousands of dollars and several hours I am using his services now and will continue to use them into the future. I would recommend using his company for any construction conversion or pre-construction requirements.
