What a horrible mess Brandon made of building our deck it is literally falling apart days after it was built. My husband was walking down the steps and went through one thank god it was not one of our elderly parents walking down them. My husband called Brandon took a few days to get a call back. When Brandon called back he said he would come out and fix it. A couple weeks later he came out and when Brandon was walking down the deck steps he fell through a step and the screw caught his leg and gave him a big gash. He had to leave and go to the hospital THIS IS HIS CRAFTSMANSHIP!!!!!!!! He eventually came back a few weeks later and repaired it with a pc of garbage wood. When he was hanging up the stringers he was splitting all of them with screws he was using. If you put any pressure on the railing its going to fall off. This is very dangerous as the deck is about 15' from the ground. I posted a review on his website along with multiple pictures including the picture he took of our deck when he was done to post on his site and within an hour he shut his website down. That's his answer to making things right!! Stay away from CB Pro Builders......
