Bad service, damage caused, refusal to accept responsibility
Total Care caused over $1,000 in damages to furniture and delayed some pieces in the move by 6 days. We paid over $300 in repairs and furniture was extensively scratched which could not be repaired. Were offered only $100 and told that damage was normal part of moving. They also didn't unwrap heavy furniture and the move was for a senior citizen so she was left hanging. The cracked leg was part of a very expensive rosewood dining table. They cracked the leg and just left the table in the middle of the floor. Had to call friends and spend an extra day to pick up for their negligence. This company accepts no responsibility. They have tried to discredit my claims but if the review is on HomeStars you can be reassured they have seen proof and a receipt to confirm this is a valid claim.
