No More Leaks During Heavy Rain
IM Roofing did a very professional job in all aspects of installing my new roofing system. When Younes arrived to give me a proposal, he thoroughly inspected the existing roof, and pointed out deficiencies in it. We talked about venting, underlayments etc. When he was on the roof, he noticed some soft spots, and let me know up-front that some boards would likely need to be changed. The price wasn't the lowest, but it wasn't the highest either. More than price, it was the feeling of confidence I got when talking with Younes, that convinced me that he was the right choice. My roof, although small, wasn't the simplest. It had skylights, special vents, plumbing and electrical penetrations and fireplace chimney that all got new flashing.
I also had a ridge vent system installed. Younes used all the correct parts for skylight flashings, starter course, vents, underlayments etc.
The crew at IM Roofing was very friendly and polite. All my decks, gardens and windows were protected, and cleanup was very thorough.
All in all, working with IM Roofing was a pleasurable experience. Now when the skies turn dark and the wind whips up, I can sit back and enjoy.
