Not only did he diagnose my washer, but he even gave me some comfort in telling me that it wasn't as bad as I had expected, even though it's just a matter of time. He broke down the cost(s) I could expect to pay if I were to repair it, but that it would be more cost efficient just getting a new one. Then, he was even more helpful in directing me to a newer washer that was on sale, if that's the direction I wanted to take right away!
