I have only requested this service the night before, Johnny has almost immediately responded to my request..by noon next day the job was done.

Extremely polite, and definitely knows what he is doing. Upon discussing the issue on the phone prior to visit, I felt assured that this would be a positive experience, and it sure was.

The part I was after happened to be discontinued, but Johnny had it in stockand ready in his truck.

Our dryer had a split belt. Johnny showed me the issue and swapped the belt and pulley in short time.

Johnny fixed my dryer that wasn't properly drying our clothes. The machine was troublesome but he kept working until the issue was resolved. Great work!

After a two month period though the dryer began to act up again, I don't say this is the fault of the tech, just advising in these day of designed obsolescence it is unless you have no option probably best to bite the bullet and but a new unit if the warranty has expired.

Johnny was amazing. Diagnosed the problem in advance and had the part with him when he arrived. He was correct and quickly fixed the washer. Patiently explained everything in detail to me prior to proceeding including the price. Appointment was also quickly scheduled. Would strongly recommend.

I was extremely happy with Johnny’s work! We originally called the company to come and fix our washing machine. Johnny came prepared with a replacement part. He fixed the machine quickly and thoroughly without any mess. While he was on site I asked him to inspect our oven which had not been heating properly. He expertly identified the problem and replaced the missing part right away. I am thrilled that the machines were fixed and did not need to be replaced.
