One of the best companies I've worked with in my 37 years as a property manager! EMR replaced the eaves, soffits, fascia as well as the roof on a 4,000 square foot triplex -- did a superb job in record time, threw in some extras like repairing my chimney, for less than the quotes of two reputable companies for the roof alone. Endri is professional and a pleasure to work with. EMR is starting a roof at another address for me, next week. Can't recommend this company enough!

EMR roofing replaced our shingles on the entire roof and the siding on the front 2nd story of our home. We are very satisfied with the work that was done and the team was very professional, staying on the job every day until completion. They used premium materials for both roofing (CertainTeed Landmark) and vinyl siding (Gentek Sequoia Select) and didn't take any shortcuts. They cleaned up the job site each day and left the material neatly stacked in the back yard. For the roof structure, they took the time to go into the attic and add reinforcement for the area that was weak. The team was efficient and courteous and answered any questions we had. Endri is good to work with, is quick to respond during the planning stage and quoted a reasonable price for the project. He knows his work and was able to clearly demonstrate what was needed to do a proper installation. The team had the necessary equipment and experience to work on homes in the city that are close together with limited access. We are thrilled with the outcome and recommend EMR without reservation. It was a great experience from start to finish. Enrdi presented me with several reasonably priced options, provided detailed estimates and answered all my questions. The choice of available shingles was also good and Endri helped me choose the most suitable shingle color.

The team arrived at the agreed time and provided an excellent job. Very friendly and nice people. They put a tarp around to catch the trash and cleaned up very carefully after installation. Upon completion, Enrdi left me a document confirming the 10 year warranty on my new roof.
