EMR provided a reasonable quote. Endri was easy to communicated with. Work was scheduled as expected. Workers did a good job according to the plan and cleaned up the site. No surprises or disappointments. A good experience all around.

Partial roof replacement

We had a section of flat roof we did not replace previously as we had other plans. Life had other other plans. Eventually, the roof started leaking, Endri's team was available and the price was right. They took the time to explain the options, presented quotes for each one. Some damage was found, the cost to replace was reasonable.

Fast, on time, on budget, good work, polite and courteous employees. Can't ask for more.

Fantastic !!

Old Toronto

We had our roof , eaves and downspouts replaced by Endri and his team . We are very happy with the workmanship . We had a small issue a year later , and Endri didnt hesitate to make himself available and fix the issue immediately . Endri is truly a gem to work with . Complete roof replacement, gutters and eaves

My partner and I purchased our first house and it was quite a fixer upper. We knew that roof needed some attention, including because there had been an attic fire about 40 years ago. Although we reached to a number of companies for an estimate, Endri was the only one who not only went right up on the roof, but took photos and videos to show us what was going on and his recommendations for building a quote. Endri's quote was one of the most detailed that we received. Once Endri and crew started, we got frequent updates, including photos and video calls. Endri found that the fire damage had been more extensive that he first thought and so all of the sub-roofing needed to be replaced and the joists reinforced. This turned out to be a much bigger job and Endri of we expected, but Endri was able to get his whole crew out to finish this job on time (although it did increase the budget). Endri and crew were always friendly, and helpful, keeping things tidy and even assisting the neighbours. You know it's good when the neighbours are commenting on how nice the crew was. Thanks Endri for your sound advice, and for walking us through every step of this big repair for our new home.

New Flat Roof

Endri and his team were hardworking and extremely good at their job. They put a new flat roof in a hard to reach area, added new facia, gutters, the works. And when they found new problems (rotten wood, etc), let me know right away, and left it to me to make the decision to go ahead. And was it was all done, they left the entire area spotless. No more sleepless nights from me, worrying when it rains that my roofs will leak! Will be my go-to crew for big jobs like this.

Excellent client service and professional work

I couldnt be more satisfied with the exceptional service and craftsmanship from EMR Renovation Services. I needed new gutters and downspouts as mine had deteriorated and were leaking. Endri came out the very same day I requested a quote, carefully inspected the situation, and walked me through all of my options. Later that same evening, I received the official quote and decided to go ahead with aluminum gutters and downspouts.

The installation was scheduled within a couple of weeks, and Endri's team completed the job in just five hours. The professionalism of the crew was outstandingthey not only did a flawless installation but left my home spotless afterward. My house looked like new again!

There was a minor leak after the installation, but when I contacted Endri, he had his team back out the very next day to fix it. The responsiveness and commitment to making sure everything was perfect were truly remarkable. Endris dedication to his clients and the quality of his work are truly unmatched.

Im beyond happy with my choice and have already recommended EMR Renovation Services to family and friends. Without a doubt, Ill turn to them for any future exterior renovation projects. 5 STARS!

Replace our existing roof

Roofing review in Toronto

EMR Renovations did a great job on replacing our existing roof tiles. They were able to work quickly and complete the job really well. They found damage to plywood underneath the existing tiles and quickly communicated their findings with a recommendation to fix.

I'd totally recommend EMR Renovations if you are considering getting your roof replaced.
