While they were responsive and did come next day, they had only a cursory look at the dishwasher and informed us that it would need a replacement drain pump. After waiting over a month for the replacement part to come in, which they claimed was on back-order, I received an email that said the part was not available and that they would refund the deposit which was well over $200. Still no refund to date and now the phone number is not in service and the emails bounced back. Guess I got hosed. Oh, by the way, the only thing wrong with the dishwasher was that the hose was clogged. Shame on me... Hope this protects at least one of you out there...

Leon and his team did a great job of solving our dishwasher problem. He was very responsive, accurate in his assessment and did the work at a great value.

I was having trouble with my dishwasher and was debating if it’s time to buy a new or have it repaired. I decided to try c.p.s appliances because a friend had recommended them and was very happy. Best decision! The service tech was super informative he fixed the dishwasher on the spot. There were no surprises with the cost. It was responsible and very quick! Great job and would definitely use them again for any other appliance issue.

My dishwasher stopped draining yesterday
I called this guys around 6 pm last night and technician by name Andrew showed up today at 10 am exactly as promised , he was very professional and neat , he knew right away what was the problem and fixed it ( pice of glass was stuck in the drain pump) now my dishwasher is working again right on time as we expect a big company for dinner tonight. Thank you Andrew and CPS team you guys are great excellent customer service. I will definitely use this guys in the future.
