HVAC Titan

My second time using HVAC Titan and once again was very pleased and impressed with the service.  We had him remove our traditional hot water tank and install a tankless instead.  Owner Stephane is always responsive, and does excellent work for a reasonable price.  I have no hesitations in recommending him to others, and he'll definitely be my first call for any HVAC matters in the future.

Knowledgeable, friendly, fair pricing, left the site in as clean as it was when they arrived.

Stephane repaired our air conditioner last summer (see previous review in August 2021). He was honest, did a great job, and had the integrity to only repair what was necessary. When it stopped working this morning, I contacted him, and it's 1:30pm on the same day, Friday of the August long weekend, and my air conditioner is working again!! Stephane diagnosed THREE different issues! A mouse had chewed a wire in the outside unit, which caused a blown fuse in my furnace, and a blown capacitor and broken contact in the air conditioner outside. !! He was diligent and worked his way thru each problem and took the time to explain to me how they had all cascaded into the three repairs. I cannot recommend him highly enough !!

Really happy with the services provided by Stephane. During the quote he explained exactly what we needed and why, and patiently answered all our questions. In fact he advised we choose a smaller furnace and ac unit than we had assumed. His installation work is fantastic as everything looks clean, neat, and tidy. If you're at all fussy about the appearances of your HVAC components Stephane is your guy. The system he installed is working great so far - zero complaints. If you want an honest, punctual, no-nonsense professional you can't go wrong here.

HVAC Titan did great work for us. He was very prompt to come out and asses our furnace. After getting us a few quotes for different options and providing his recommendations we went with what he recommended for our home. The installation was very clean with everything run very neatly, integrating with existing equipment. Overall we have been very happy with the producers and services so far.

I needed to replace my old furnace humidifier. In December, I emailed Home Stars.com for a quote. HVAC Titan was the first to reply back. From our conversation, the owner/technician recommended that I go with a larger humidifier that is more efficient to humidify the entire house. He has good knowledgeable of the products he installs. Yesterday he installed a new humidifier, replaced all old hoses and water lines with new ones, and provided advice on humidity levels, and changing filters. He also advised on future projects in my house. His work was well done and at a reasonable price. I will definitely recommend him to family and friends.

My Air Conditioner stopped working in late August during the heat wave, and it has been working perfectly ever since! Stephane was able to come and repair my Air Conditioner the day after I asked for quotes on Homestars. He responded to the request for a quote within one minute of my posting it. His price was $100 less than the next nearest quote. He was thorough, confirmed what I had suspected was the problem, replaced the part and even cleaned out the interior of the AC. Home A/C died in the middle of a heat wave (of course).  Found Titan on Homestars, and my experience with Stephane lived up to his top rating here.  He was much quicker to respond than other firms I had contacted, and within a few hours, I had very clear, reasonably priced quotes for a range of potential replacement A/C options, and I managed to book an installation slot 2 days later.  Install day went very smoothly, and the new A/C was up and running by mid-afternoon.  The installation looked very clean, and and the job site was left tidy.  Overall, a very professional and pleasant experience. I would not hesitate to recommend Titan HVAC.
