Our Jennair wasnt keeping cold. I called the Jennair # and they sent Micheals Appliance repair. Lucas diagnosed the problem, ordered parts, and scheduled a service date. It is repaired and working fine.

Qamar tech would not listen, would not even look at the video that showed the problem.taking a
picture. This company could have just apologized to me, regardless who is right and wrong.
TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
He could have been telling me any name to me about his name, so it appeared I was talking to the owner of this company who lacks customer service skills as-well. Anyways I wanted clear proof to who technician was/is.

There was a power outage last week, tried to reset the clock.
Lucas was very thorough and knowledgeable, he fixed my dishwasher before. He told me that I accidentally set it to Demo mode, thats why my hood fan was not working.

I have been working with Michael for years now. Michael is very knowledgeable and knows how to diagnose what the issue is and solve the problem. Michael is a professional and I am happy to call him for service.

The technician Matt was absolutely incredible. He applied so much attention and care to finding a solution for our washing machine. We were absolutely floored by the effort and trustworthiness. Matt has shown us that superb customer service still exists. Thank you Matt!

KitchenAid fridge stopped cooling a month ago. I called KitchenAid, and they advised us to use their repair service. They work with this company. I got an appointment to diagnose the issue. A technician came and told us that they'll order a part which is in stock and would take a week to install. We didn't hear anything from them for almost two weeks. I contacted them to see what was happening and was told that the part was on backorder and we were waiting for it to arrive. One week later, I contacted KitchenAid again. They told me that the part was ordered a week ago, the day I called the service to check on the status. We've been waiting for the service to install the part, but it seems they didn't bother to order it. It's been almost a month with no fridge at home. KitchenAid and their service provider are making our life harder.

My dryer was making a loud squealing noise. Lucas from Michaels Appliance Repair came and changed one of the wheels, and it sounded like new! Great service and very polite.

Our Gas cooktop had started to leak and had us worried, enbridge had shut our gas off and gave us a red tag! Nick came by isolated the leak and repaired it, cleared the red tag and got our gas turned back on!!! Thank you

Qamar was of great help getting our dishwasher back up and running, it was so frustrating that our fridge of only 6 months started to leak, but turned out to be the drain line got a little clogged.

Our washing machine wasn't working, so we called maytag for service, they sent over Bilal from Michaels Appliance repair. Bilal quickly found the issue with the control board and he even had the part in his vehicle, he researched the problem beforehand and was able to fix it same day! Highly recommend.
