Not a good company to deal with
KW Energy does not follow through with their promises. They said that they would refund the fee for the first audit. They did not. They said they would cover the fee for the second audit and I would not need to pay. They did not. They said they would cover the cost of the administration fee. They did not. They arranged for the loan of the new furnace and heat pump. 3 months 0 payments , 0 interest. This did not happen. They said they would return my Reliance rental equipment to Reliance and look after ensuring that account gets closed. They did not. Now Im still having to pay for Reliance equipment that I no longer have or pay Reliance a buyout fee of thousands of dollars.
I have been trying to get a resolution from KW Energy for 4 months now, and their response is always that they are investigating and looking into it. This is an outright fabrication. It doesnt take over 4 months to pay back money you owe to someone.
DO NOT DEAL WITH KW ENERGY!!!! They are not a good company. I made a mistake trusting and believing what they told me. Dont make the same mistake that I did. Biggest mistake of my life!!!
