Disappointed with no follow-up despite faulty material
We had Matteo and his crew complete some work approximately 5 months ago. We found him to be helpful and pleasant, though our experience afterwards has been very disappointing. We were told that the installed roof would have a warranty, though our roof material leaked within a couple of weeks. We confirmed this with another roofer and sent a video of the faulty roofing material to Skyline in April. Despite reaching out and leaving multiple messages and sending several emails over the past 4 months, we havent had any meaningful response. The answer we received was always similar: that the message would be passed on, that we would hear back in a day or two, and then no response. After 4 months, we had no choice but to replace the entire system, and this cost us several thousands. Our experience has been that they are not accessible if any problem arises, despite waiting 4 months for a solution.
