What was supposed to be a short, one day repair project ended up being significantly more complicated than we expected when we found asbestos under the original hardwood. Arno handled all the issues calmly, explaining possible options and how best to proceed in a manner that was safe and would lead to the most beautiful and cost effective outcome. Situations like this are always difficult, but his professionalism and expertise really helped us navigate it. Our floors look beautiful and our home is safe now. We highly recommend his work, and would not hesitate to hire him again.

Arno responded promptly to my request on Homestars and did a great job replacing a hardwood floorboard that was damaged. I was very pleased with the work, you can't even tell the floor board was replaced. He arrived on time on agreed date and was polite and friendly. He even left clear instructions for us NOT to walk on board until glue dried and taped off board so we knew exactly which board was replaced. I would highky recommend his services.

I called Arno to inquire about repairing sections of my hardwood floor that we have just lived with for the last 4 years. He came within days of my call to repair a few issues we had. One section of our hardwood floor had a missing piece which I didn't think could even be fixed. Arno had it repaired quickly and you would never even know there was a piece missing.
