Mike was very quick to reply to a draining issue. I did all the troubleshooting on line and could not resolve the draining issue myself. Mike corrected the problem in less than 5 minutes. He showed me where the "blockage" was happening and how to resolve this issue myself in the future. The issue was not even related to the dishwasher and is a plumbing design issue.
