Extremely unprofessional and non-transparent company, resulting in a nightmare job.

100% increase from original quote without any disclosure or request of my approval, and job itself was extremely disorganized. (Several issues throughout the job including issues that I am dealing with today that are not covered by warranty)

BLM took me to court leading to a lengthy 1 year process settling to an amount I was happy with.

This all could have been avoided if they were transparent professional and organized but unfortunately they are the complete opposite.

I had Blm come out for an estimate for changing the roof above my garage to a flat rooftop patio. They were very knowledgeable and friendly. And within days I recieved a quote with great options .

Once they began work everything was very well laid out and organized with great communication. Work was fast and very well done .

I requested some minor upgrades to my kitchen, which were carried out in a timely and efficient manner. The work crew were very respectful and courteous, and I appreciated that the job was treated with as much care and attention as would be given to a much larger one. Great job!

We cannot rave enough about our experience with BLM. The process from start to finish was seamless, effortless, and expedient. Any issues (minor) or changes we requested were accommodated and completed without question. BLM made recommendations on money saving tips and were very up to date with current construction styles. We would highly recommend BLM for any job, as a matter of fact we have them in mind for all future work in our household.
