Sean gave me a quote to build a deck. I paid him half upfront and we didn't hear from him for 6 months. Finally he returned my call after I went to his home. The partial deck he built was from old, damaged wood and his construction failed every city inspection. Sean just wanted more money and more money. After 9 months we asked another contractor to look at the deck & he advised us it was unsafe and needed to be torn down. Sean refused to refund any of the money I paid him.
