Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. We sincerely apologize for the delays and any inconvenience you experienced during your project. We genuinely appreciate the opportunity to clarify some of the challenges that arose.
We understand how important timely communication is, especially during a renovation, and we apologize if our efforts fell short of your expectations. While we did our best to keep you informed, we realize there were times when updates were not provided as promptly as they should have been. Please know that this is something we are actively working on improving for all our future projects.
The delays you mentioned were indeed unexpected and beyond our control. We started your project on May 13th and finished July 10, this may feel like it was 3 months but unfortunately, the co-owner, who was also the electrical contractor on your project, was called for jury duty, which unexpectedly lasted for two weeks. This required us to pause the renovation, as the electrical work was crucial to progressing with the other aspects of the project. We completely understand the frustration this caused and regret that it impacted your overall experience. Additionally, the co-owner's planned vacation further compounded the delay, which we realize added to your frustration. We want to assure you that we did everything we could to mitigate the impact of these unforeseen circumstances.
Regarding the billing errors, we deeply regret the oversight. While we strive to maintain accuracy in all our invoicing, occasional mistakes do happen. We appreciate your cooperation in bringing this to our attention, and we're glad we were able to correct the invoice to reflect the accurate amount. Going forward, we are implementing additional checks in our invoicing process to prevent similar issues from occurring.
We also want to acknowledge the positive feedback you provided regarding our electrician. We're thrilled to hear that you were satisfied with their work and the way they handled the electrical portion of your project. We will make sure to pass on your kind words to them.
