Explained the process thoroughly, very patient with helping to choose design and colour, explained the mechanics well and is courteous, friendly and a good sense of humour. The price was reasonable and the installation is beautiful. The team arrived on time and obviously enjoy their work. Demitre answered emails promptly and effectively any time of day.
