We bought a gently used couch and contacted Paul regarding his services. From our first contact Paul was friendly and professional. Paul referred us to another company to have our couch cleaned. He showed up the day after the couch was cleaned right on time. He took the time to explain the protection product and its application. Once the application was complete he showed us a video which demonstrated how effective the protection was and explain how to use the cleaning products in the event of a spill.
