We recently had Mississauga Railing Systems install the nosings, pickets, and railings on the two staircases in our house. These were both opened staircases and a large focal point that included 60 pickets. Since this was a huge investment and there was no room for error. Mississauga Railings came highly recommended from a general contractor we worked with. My wife and I are ecstatic with how well the job turned out!! Every single detail was looked after and the project turned out flawless. Mississauga railings even created a custom railing for us from raw material as well as the nosings to match the treads perfectly. Initially, I was going to purchase general stock material from a hardware store myself to save money. I have no regrets with paying for the custom material and having it installed professionally. Milton, the owner had excellent ideas as well for the finishing selections. He also has an amazing stainer contact.

Mississauga Stairs and Railing installed my stairs and railing system at my house.
They quoted red oak railing and nosings with straight posts and metal spindles. They took couple of weeks to manufacture and schedule to work. They did the installation in one day and left the stairs clean and ready for finish painting. After I applied the first coat of clear stain the wood color came to live and looks fantastic.

We had our basement stairs capped with new hardwood and Mississauga railing did an amazing job. The staircase was difficult to work with: it narrow with awkward turns but Milton did fantastic work and we are thrilled with the end product. Milton also did some work to our existing upstairs staircase and was able to make the stairs look cohesive even though work was done at separate times.
