What i like about Icon Restoration is that they are committed, they follow through the documentation and fulfil their promise and or agreement.

We had a broken sewage pipe and water was backing up in the basement.
I called Icon Restoration, and I found the staff to be prompt, professional and meticulous. The cleaning was done quickly and safely, they followed up a couple of days later to make sure everything was cleaned and sanitized to our satisfaction. I will definitely call them again.

I contacted Elvis and he was extremely helpful. He attended to my request promptly and removed the Mould and painted the ceiling with a special paint that wouldnt allow Mould to form again. I am so happy with this service

After detecting a leak in my shower (my grey water dripping into my downstairs neighbour's unit) ICON Restoration diagnosed the problem, suggested a reasonable solution, developed a plan to remedy the problem, provided a rough timeline and completed the job according to the agreed schedule. They had a specialist or an expert for every item that needed to be fixed - tiler, plumber, dry waller, etc. This gave me a level of comfort as each tradesman knew exactly what to do. Our building had to do some invasive pipe work in our master bathroom and the team from Icon Restoration Services made a frustrating situation as painless as possible.
They were incredibly respectful of our space and work schedules. On the first day they did a spectacular job with tarp placement to keep our space clean while they were working.
They also did a beautiful job on the shower that they completely re-did with the tiles of our choice.
I like this new shower so much more than the one we had before.

We hired Icon Restoration to remove the mold in our attic and to improve the ventilation. The project manager, Kevin, was knowledgeable and easy to get in touch with whenever we had questions. He was also very accommodating when we had to reschedule the work. The whole project took 3 days and was reasonably priced when we compared the scope of work with other companies.

We just completed restoration of our basement with Icon. All the work was done very quickly. Workers showed up as scheduled. They took care of everything, including supplies and cleaning after. Good quality of work and friendly people. We are very happy with this company.
