When we first talked, they were nice, the service was quick, friendly, and helpful, and the price was much lower than we thought it would be. I fully back them.

It took Apollo moving less than three hours to pack up all of my furniture, clean out my whole flat and load the truck. They also took care of storing my belongings quickly and well. I will recommend you to all my friends and relatives...

The Apollo moving team showed up on time, was friendly, and was careful with my things while they were packing and moving them. They also stuck to the plan when they brought my things to my new home in WA, which is 170 miles away. Impressed me most was their dedication to customer satisfaction. Wonderful Company to use During a Typical Stressful Time. I recommend this service to anyone that needs assistance.

after speaking with mark from Apollo movers we came to an agreement and it was nice to see the follow up from Mark so I appreciate that and I would refer them to friends

A VERY disappointing experience all around. It began with them arriving 3 hours late, on their phones constantly, boxes marked "Fragile" delivered upside down with heavy items stacked on top. Garment bags tossed "at" the closet shelves. Customer Service great in that they called back and gave a small amount in compensation, but was uninterested in hearing what the specific issues were. I would never hire them again.

The manager called and he was so kind enough to apologize for the inconvenience, address my concerns and provide partial reimbursement me for the inconvenience. Thank you! Upgraded to 3 stars.

Initially when I contacted Apollo, the consultant was calling me nonstop to secure my move. Finally I decided to give them a try because of their persistence. Their website advised that cash payment removes the obligation to pay taxes. However, in order to secure the booking you had to pay online. When I enquired about it, I was advised that I would not be taxed on the balance. We proceeded with the booking. I advised that I needed wardrobe boxes for my clothes ahead of time.
The day of the move came. I received a call advising that they'll be delayed 2 hours. Bearing in mind I'm moving from apartment to apartment, I also had to secure (pay) for elevator services at both. I was able to defer the elevator service at my old apartment, but not the new apartment as there were others involved. I advised them of this inconvenience and the additional cost to myself. I was advised they'll try their best to arrive on time. Initial time to arrive was 9-10 am, they arrived 12:20. The movers came without the wardrobe boxes AND no tools to disassemble my bed. I was advised that because they were trying to get to me quickly they forgot.
We arrived at the new apartment around 3:20. My initial reservation was for 1-3pm. By this time I had to share the elevator with others, which again delayed my move. I was advised by the movers that because they're unable to secure the elevator for loading I will be charged for the additional time due to the process being longer than expected. At this point I didn't want to make a fuss or have them destroy any of my furniture, so I simply said ok just do your best. Not to mention, part of my sofa has been off the hinge since then. I gave them bottles of water and tried to accommodate as much as possible because it was a long day. Time as they were done, it was 5:45 and I got my final bill, charging me for 6 hrs + tax, with no regards to the inconvenience they caused, yet I paid in cash.

I called the consultant the following day to talk about the tax charge. I was willing to let the additional 2 hours that I was charged due to their inconvenience slide, and only focus on the tax charge. I was advised that they'll sort out the matter and not tax me on the balance I paid in cash. To date i haven't heard back from the consultant, considering he knew my number very well when trying to securing my service initially, now he doesn't call or reply to my messages.

Ps I literally had every single item packed, boxed and waiting at the door. The only items they packed were the large furniture pieces!

My daughter used them a month ago and was pleased, so we used them now. They worked quickly but very carefully. every piece of furniture and paintings wrapped in protective plastic. everything nicely setup in new place. My two movers were Jack and Caleb and both were excellent. I recommend them

Very efficient and quick. I didn't have to worry about any damage. I was quite impressed with Apollo Movers. I will definitely call them again to move my belongs! GREAT JOB GUYS!

The movers Navpreet and Gagan came early to start the move. Excellent, proficient and they did not waste any time. They disassembled the beds and reassembled them like pros. They were kind and polite. Dont go to any other movers- trust me- what they quoted me was almost right on. I have moved a few times in this city but these movers were by far the BEST!!!
