I was referred to ALP Heating company by a friend of mine who also happened to be a previous client. Alex delivered a lightning-quick service (within an hour of picking up the phone) to fix our furnace. He acted exceptionally courteously and professionally, pinpointed the issue with our heater and fixed it like magic. Simply could not have asked for a better job. Last summer, we had problems with AC that was not cooling our house enough (just blowing air). Alex also arrived very quickly and identified the problem and solved it by filling the gas and covering potential holes from inside with special equipment. Since then, AC has been working perfectly. Happy to have found a company that wasn't immediately trying to sell us something but actually working to save money to the customers and deliver excellent service.

We just moved into a new build town home and wanted to have a gas line direct to our outdoor barbecue installed. The home is completely finished with no open walls, so we were a bit concerned that it would be to difficult or much to expensive to do. But it wasn't! Alex came to take a look and explained to us how and what he would be able to do. We booked him and one week later, it's done and we're thrilled. Alex is reliable, arriving on time to both appointments (the consultation and the install). He worked quickly, and very cleanly. After he was gone, there wasn't any evidence he'd been doing work in our home - except that we now had a working gas line to our barbecue! Moving is very stressful with many moving parts - we were so grateful that working with Alex was completely stress free - and very grateful for his quality work! I would strongly recommend him and if need be, will use him again.

Alex arrived on the holiday, because our AC suddenly stopped working. I received a recommendation about him from a friend, and he came exactly when he said (3 hours after I called, which is super-fast).

He came, checked everything, found the issue (which even I can say - was not easy to detect), fixed it perfectly, gave me some tips on how to keep care of my AC, and asked for a very reasonable price.

He added the gas line to the kitchen stove and checked after to make sure everything was working well. I have no complaints. Will hire him again.

I called Alex when my air conditioner died on one of the hottest days so far this year. He was extremely efficient and professional.
