He showed up exactly on time and took the time to discuss the job and what he was going to do. I appreciated the extra time he took to find a solution to a tricky spot in the installation. A few years ago we had Alex replace our patio door and build us an enclosure. We were so impressed with him that we called him this year to replace all of the windows in our house. Just like last time Alex was helpful, knowledgeable and honest. He never tried to sell more than we needed and he fixed a problem for us just to make things right and even though he didn't have to. The installers were on time both days, did a good job and cleaned up pretty well. The product is top quality. Alex was available the whole time if we had any questions and was there to ensure that everything went smoothly. I would recommend Alex and Lumina Windows to anyone.

Tom and his crew were great. From the first call to the final clean-up they were fantastic to work with. He answered all our questions and gave us some great advice. Tom came out to the house and called me immediate when he saw how bad the roof was. He even tried to fix a few areas as it was going to rain that day. His price was very reasonable for the quality, care and workmanship that he provided. The crew showed up right on time and got to work immediately. They took great care to ensure that nothing around our house or our neighbours' houses got damaged. The job they did was amazing and exactly as promised. They fixed a couple of problem areas that the builder left behind. They cleaned up everything and it was pretty spotless by the time they were done. They even went down the street to help some neighbours. Tom's team got a lot of attention that day from the neighbours and I continued to get questions and request for his contact information a week after the work was done. We have had a few really nasty storms lately and there hasn't been a single problem. Thanks so much for the great job Tom.

I had Lumina replace a non-standard sized patio door. Alex was very helpful in giving us options and the best way to handle the installation. He was very open and honest with me on the products and the pricing. The door is very good quality and exactly as promised. The installation was done on time, as promised and was of exceptional quality. Alex didn't like the way my old wall trim looked with the new door so he had the installers replace it at no charge. I was so impressed with the whole process I had Lumina install a porch enclosure. Again, Alex's knowledge and recommendations were extremely helpful to me to ensure that the enclosure was exactly what I needed/wanted. The pricing was very reasonable. He called me with updates on the status of the enclosure. Again, the quality of the product is very good. It was installed on time and again with exceptional quality. This was by far the best contractor experience that i have had. His pricing is very good. The products he uses are of exceptional quality. The installers are very professional, efficient and very good. Alex is very open and honest and doesn't pressure you. He delivers exactly what he says when he says. He is true to his word and I have no problem highly recommending Alex and Lumina to anyone that needs his services.
