Truly thankful to have met Carlos and his team. We did an entire main floor renovation and Carlos was our general contractor for the entire project. His workmanship, knowledge and attention to detail was superb. Carlos was instrumental in communication with the various trades and did alot of the work himself. He made sure that every finishing touch would be acceptable in his own home. He stayed true to the budget and time-line that was proposed. I have already recommended Real Renos to friends who are planning a renovation and will absolutely hire him again for our next project. I enjoyed have Carlos in our home and had complete trust in him and his work. The place was spotless when he was done.

This was my first Reno and J have heard horror stories so it was difficult to trust someone with this project. I can say that I have no regrets in hiring Carlos and his team. Communication, experience, quality, and reasonable price was important to me. It was my only bathroom in the house so sticking to timelines was very important to me too as I had to move out with 3 young kids.
I had a huge pipe behind my toilet and was stressed about choosing a toilet that would fit and wasn’t sure at first if it was going to blow my budget out of the water to fix. Carlos fixed the issue for me with minimal impact to my budget and I was able to choose any toilet I wanted.
I also had a heavy cast iron tub that had to be moved out for demolition. I was going to finish it and use it but after seeing how much space I had, I asked if I could turn it into a shower instead (as suggested by Carlos initially). Carlos and his team made it work for me.
I could tell Carlos and his team care about their work and that their clients are satisfied. I am beyond happy with the results. There are some finishing touches and glass still needs to come in but the bathroom looks amazing already! I include a before picture in this review. $15000 is the price I paid for everything including glass (not in yet), the tiles, fixtures, and decor.

Carlos and his team were wonderful. He is very good communicator, every time I called him he replied promptly and address my concerns. His recommendations and guidance on the bathroom renovation were excellent, he never cut corners and always use the best materials for the job. Carlos and his team are honest and reliable. Carlos and his team were amazing from the beginning until the project was over! We had a total kitchen gut and rebuild. Carlos communicated with us every step of the way and always lived up to what he told us! He truly cares about his projects and wants the best for his clients. Carlos and his team did 2 major projects for our home over the period of 3 years. In separate work projects, we gutted the upper floor (4 bedrooms + 2 baths) and 2/3 of the main floor (bath, kitchen, eat-in area, family room and front hall). Both projects, were complete rebuilds - taken right down to the studs. The projects ran quite smoothly and the only real delays were caused by supplies not arriving on dates promised by the wholesaler. Certainly beyond Carlos' ability to control. Three years after the fact, we still love everything that we had done and thank Carlos for quality workmanship that we enjoy every day.

Carlos did our Kitchen reno a few years ago and I love it! He made suggestions that I hadn't thought of which work great. Last year we called him to reno our Master ensuite. Again we love our bathroom now! In both renos we paid what we were quoted and the work was done within the time frame Carlos gave us. We won't hesitate to recommend Real Reno Inc. to family and friends.

The project couldn't have gone better. Carlos was giving us invaluable advice along the way and performed a high quality work. Definitely a go to contractor for any project's needs and we will be in touch for our next one.

Our move to Burlington was to move closer to our three children and allowed us to renovate our twelfth home. I mention that to ensure the readers that we have an extensive experience in renovations and above average experience in evaluating workmanship both in quality and lasting value. In truth I am very pleased to say the crew that worked on our new home never cut corners or settled for mediocre work. We would be quite happy to invite them back to our next renovation if we jump in again.
