The whole team at Real Reno Inc is amazing. Carlos, Herbert, Zane (if I remember correctly his name) and everyone else made the process very smooth. The job took a week and a half to finish, and every attention to detail was taken in consideration so that my wife and I could get our bathroom renovated to the highest standard.
The contractors also gave us various suggestions for a clean design, including grout color, wall color etc, something that you might not know unless you were a contractor yourself. We have 3 cats and 2 special needs children and the crew was very understanding especially to our autistic daughter.
Once the tiles were put on the floor and in the shower walls, it felt like it would be smooth sailing, except, the initial Vanity that was shipped by Home Depot came to our house with the top broken (Real Reno Inc makes sure to open the vanity box in front of you. We were all flabbergasted to open the box together and see the top broken, considering it was in our living room for 2 weeks.) Since this was the only issue throughout the reno, and not something they could control, I decided to return the Vanity for a refund (The team helped me transport the Vanity safely in a Van). I then found an amazing Vanity at Lowes and the Team helped me remove the box from the Van and into the house.
Because the new Vanity was a different height, they had to re-height the mirror so it was the proper height. Considering the small difficulty that happened (because Vanities have to be pre-ordered usually), they were able to easily adjust and get the reno done within the initial timeframe. This Vanity issue could have easily delayed the job, and they dealt with it with such ease.
We will definitely hire them again to renovate our second downstairs bathroom, and possibly a full Kitchen Reno when we save up some money. They have a good eye for detail, and they're also such nice people, and deliver within their timeline, which is not often the case with other contractors.
