They did an amazing bathroom Reno for me. Very neat work. Completed in 2 weeks. Tiling job was great, the team was professional and were easy to work with. I did my bathroom and some paint work in a room and got a couple free upgrades. Thanks guys!

I wouldn't recommend this contractors. Full of false promises and once they get money they never show-up. Looks like they opened resort in jamaica (belu koko) put all the money from customer and not doing 100% commitment, use unprofessional and apprentice for finishing projects, which isn't have quality and finish.

Don't go with them and waste money and loose your peace

I have asked Ernie to change the toilet, He brought an excellent plumber who doesn't know how to work always talk about money. And the tile person greg he is not even a qualified person to install tiles.

They together made a mess in my bathroom the toilet plunger is 5 to 8 inch lower than the tile. and patched with 4 layers of wax. still isn't enough they patched the wax on the sides. (I know all this after we removed toilet)

After we started using initially we didn't feel anything. but the toilet was shaking. Later we started identifying the smell then water leak on the below floor.

Invited a plumber to check that when opened the plumber is shocked seeing 4 layers of wax. and the plunger is shaking.

Never use this contractor and plumber, better go with someone with reference.

Writing this review to let other fellow owner to know who they are dealing with. I have waited long enough and given lot of time for them to finish the project. But nothing worked, So i decided to move on.

My bathroom renovation started on December 2020, as per the contract it is supposed to be completed on early January 2021. Still it is not completed.

Bad part is i have paid everything (more than the contract price), they were asking the prices are increased because of covid, so need more money before the project completion

Now, there is No answer for the phone and messages

Not a single good thing happened in this renovation. Worst ever customer handling, never say what they do. Always we have to ask what they do and when they will come. They show up on their own time.

- Built a toilet where no place to sit. (although i provide a image on which direction the toilet supposed to be)
- Then broke and redone.
- Bathroom tiles done unevenly (water stagged)
- Broke and redone
- on Second time they installed two tiles different color (without showing to us)
- Shower step (where glass stays) is tilted outwards, water stags whenever use the shower
- Niche done improperly, there is no finishing
- Didn't install Tower
- Didn't finish painting
- Toilet seat is shaking

On the whole its such a mess, i have to do everything again.

This team was extremely efficient. They helped me and my wife save money while we navigate this turbulent period. We wanted to resell our home and renovate our basement within a quick turnaround time. They were dedicated to the job and delivered within 6 weeks. Customer service was great throughout the project. We were tempted to do all kinds of upgrades however, they allowed us some leeway and compromised a bit.

I must say this blew me away with what they have done with my kitchen. They did a fenominal job. I would recommend this company any day. Great job guys.

Ernie and his team were contracted to renovate my home which involved removal of a support wall, new kitchen, new living room window, new flooring throughout the house, replacement of the interior and exterior doors, replacement of the fuse box with a breaker box, installation of potlights and removal of the popcorn ceiling. They were reliable, always available to discuss concerns and If something didn't look the way I anticipated they would quickly change it. Price for work was unbeatable.

The work was exceptional and the contractor was really friendly, also they were really clean.l

The work that was done I am very satisfied, I love my new kitchen and consistently gets compliments whenever I entertain. The team is very helpful and does an outstanding job
