I have always use this Company for my furnace service and repairs. They have always been prompt, efficient, and know how to service a very complicated Electronic furnace. My Water Heater went two days ago and I called them. They were here the same day and the Tech, Kieran, was very knowledgable, professional and had the work done in an hour. I have had work done with other local companies and was not satisfied with their work. This Company is my Go To for plumbing and heating. I highly recommend them.

As part of the Energy Star program in B.C., we had John Sadler install a new condensing boiler for us. They were courteous, friendly, informative, and very professional in their approach and in their installation.
When we thought we had issues post-installation, they came out right away to further explain things to us and to insure that the system was working as it should be.
We've called them since with a totally unrelated problem. Once again, exemplary service from Colin and his staff. We'll be calling them again when our hot water tank needs replacing. These fellows have got it going on!!!

I have been dealing with Colin from John Sadler Mechanical since 2005. They are are not always punctual but they are professional and courteous. There prices are very comparable and they always get the job done right the first time. The office staff is also wonderful and a pleasure to talk with.
