Anton came to provide a buyers' home inspection for us and did a phenomenal job. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable and took the time to walk through the house with us to call out what he was seeing along the way. He provided his views on the significance of various findings as well as recommendations on approach to improve and how we would go about doing so. We were very appreciative of his time and felt very confident in the report we received (quite quickly!) after his home inspection was complete.

Anton came to do an inspection on our commercial property. A 20,000 square foot warehouse and did us a huge favour by being extremely thorough and letting us know about quite a few issues with the building before we committed to the deal. We were supposed to sign off on an inspection report that said everything was fine done by someone else and then Anton showed what wasn't right in the report. The landlord has promised to resolve those problems free of charge to us and in the long run has saved us possibly tens of thousands of dollars in things we would've signed off on if not for Anton.

Anton is a amicable, responsive and responsible home inspector. He provided thorough inspection in all aspects of house, backyard, swimming pool and provided detailed report the same day. As first time home buyers in Toronto's expensive housing market, my husband and I were pressured to drop our home inspection condition on every offer we submitted.
