TRU Inspections

As first time home buyers in Toronto's expensive housing market, my husband and I were pressured to drop our home inspection condition on every offer we submitted. On our recent home purchase, the seller relented and accepted our home inspection condition late that night as long as it could be arranged for the following morning. We scrambled to find a home inspection service at 10:30pm, which was stressful to say the least!
After searching online we came across TRU Inspections with it's outstanding reviews. Anton was kind enough to answer his phone that night and stay up until our offer was finalized at 11pm. We booked him for 9am the next morning. He arrived on time and explained how the home inspection would work. He explained his entire process and gave us advice throughout the home inspection. He also gave us a plan on how to approach any maintenance work required in the future. His final report was detailed, thorough, and timely. Our seasoned real estate agent was also impressed with his work.
