This was our first-time experience and we were not sure what to expect. Anton took time to introduce us to how inspection is done and addressed each of our numerous questions. Anton made sure we understand each detail, structure, and element of the house inspected, and he explained our options in each case imperfections were discovered. Advance tools Anton used like Infrared imagining scanning through walls, and flying drone taking high resolution photos of hard to reach roof sections have increased our confidence in completeness of the inspection. The entire inspection was very detailed, verifying condition, lifespan and function of each structure, function, and appliance in each room in the house. Anton has provided very detailed report same day, in a couple hours after the inspection. It was very pleasant and positive experience with highly professional specialist. Highly recommended.
